If I am moving above 25 points the website tells me my troops are too exhausted to move that far. but I cast speed with one of my wizards. should I ignore the error message?

The order checker does a great job with movements. Most likely you are hitting a terrain you missed.

No you still can't go further than your group could move, you just don't get exhausted I believe

It will stop you one grid point short of your path, thats all.

How high is your wizard? Force march and speed spell do not stack.
