I understand, 4 regions to win but in a normal game you cannot declare victory before turn 15 or 20.

Maybe an over simple way to check is just look in the other column and see if the victory declaration is available. UM has done a great job of only putting turn specific item when they are actually available.

Black Dragon, you have moved an army and an army group into Arcania. Lacking any statements or comments here i must, out of self preservation declare you enemy this turn. If you have no hostile intent and pass by then i will remove enemy status.

Argh...me thinkst he may be passing thru. He took me pc's in Amberland and Runnimede. (Stupid Tyrant to Pirate translator isn't working properly...I am wearing an eye-patch as I type this...if that helps.)

Turn 15, 9 turns left....what to do, what to do....reaching into one of my many hats. If I find a rabbit....I guess I could hop into another region (I know...corny) or I could just break off a leg and keep it for good luck, or make rabbit stew....hmmm, decisions, decisions.
