It will start when we have six.
Then we need someone to randomly determine draft position choosing. Whoever draws position 1 can choose which of the six pairs he wishes:
A: 1 and 12
B: 2 and 11
C: 3 and 10
D: 4 and 9
E: 5 and 8
F: 6 and 7
When whoever drew 2 picks the next pair, etc. Then there is a draft here on the forum preferably at a time agreed upon where all can be on hand so that the draft goes quickly.
