"Darn" said King __ Greatstar as he heard the news of his army sinking to the bottom of the sea, the index finger of the fist gone, unable to clench victory.

"I have no idea why that happened." He said outloud, while reviewing reports of Necromancer armies, Underworld agents and Ancient Ones castles, side-eyeing the cyanide viles his fools were mordantly juggling.

-- (Maybe someone can review my orders after this game and help me understand what happened. Thanks. Pine Needle.)

Actually, brigades do not drown as used to happen in 2nd Cycle.  Now if you have insufficient fleets in a sea, you can't move your force, but they don't just drown.

At sea, battles are based on seapower = fleets x quality.  Then, brigades die as they do in land battles.

Hope that helps.

I saw the combat report. Looks like it did not work as it should have. Fleet combat was way off, impossible. Pineneedle should be sending it to you Rick.

Mike just fixed a sea battle issue I had in another game, lost over half military, may cost me game.  But no way to fix it once it’s happened..  Sad

It said 12 brigades  drowned,  there was still  7 fleets after battle.

This is something  that needs to be fixed asap. It looks like it has changed  the outcome  of more than one game. This is why I avoid water PC combats, unless absolutely  neccessary.
