King of the mighty Elves. I have had my Master of Coin issue the order for 20K gold in exchange for 1 food and a bill of sale. We look forward to being neighbors. perhaps you would like to bring the wife and kids over to swim in the pool. We don't use it much ourselves as we Dwarves are not the best of swimmers.

As an added bonus and jester of our goodwill, take a look directly to the left of our PC in Pelinor and you will find a city full of those pesky humans.
