Greeting lords of the Maelstrom,

I would like to propose a universal agreement to address the pop centers that are in Krynn belonging to the DU and SO Kingdoms as well as my extended Holdings in the territories of the mighty IL and UN empires. I will wait until turn 3 or later to take the ones in Krynn and I ask the same of those that control the areas around my pop centers. Also, the turn after I take one of your pop centers I will trade you double the gold production for 1 food. I would ask the same courtesy for my centers when they are taken. If these terms are acceptable let me know. I am open to counter proposals. I understand the importance of having a firm control of your regions and trust you can appreciate my desire to do so as well. In hopes of fostering cordial relationships with my neighbors so we all may prosper.

Tax next turn is fine. I will tax my town in your region next turn, 3, as well. In return for the disfavorable village for town trade, and my group acting as your sparring partner (take it easy, Red), I would like a brief visit to a location in your region for geothermal testing. I'll stay there two turns, no violence by either of us, no artifact grabs etc. Does that make sense?

That sounds like a plan. Let's start with my keeping my village in your region and maybe you can sweeten the deal a little since you really do have a covetable town location in my region.
And I assume our groups will simply wave at each other in passing....

Just to confirm, our group meeting will be friendly, we will respect your village in Darkover for our holding in The Crown Islands to remain, and at the next diplomacy period I will provide a sweetner.
