I think this is what we used in the last 2 team games guys:
We had a non player do a random number generator to assign teams to the 4 draft groups.
Team A 1 8 9 16 17 24
Team B 2 7 10 15 18 23
Team C 3 6 11 14 19 22
Team D 4 5 12 13 20 21
