We are actually waiting on me to join the game. I dropped out to give Milo a chance to drop in if Milo does not sign up by this evening. I will join and we will get this thing started off. I did not receive the setup or T0. Interesting, this happened last night as well with another game. I had to go DL them from the server.

Does anyone know what happens if all PCs in a region are destroyed? Can anyone control the region?

Nobody can control it.
I once destroyed the village at Stormgate and then somehow got the Stormgate population to zero, and cost myself a region.
