Hidden Capitals (Easy To Locate)

Frostking a raven familiar does a level 1 recon. It needs to be a level 4 to find a hidden capital. There are spells and items that can do it but they are rarer.

yeah, i know the capitol is there, so i need the eagle to see it then right?

A eagle will get 4 spaces but still wont see the city. Pretty hard to see it. They almost always have someone on counter espionage so your recon will probably fail also. Even knowing where it is still limits your ability to see it. Black owl totem, revelation and the rangers special recon bird are the only ones I know of. Other then moving a group or using a agent, both of which can be risky.
