Well, I see it like learning to swim. It really doesn't matter whether the water is ten feet deep or a hundred feet deep. It'll kill you either way, so why worry about it? Still, "The Sten" sounds rather intimidating (and with a capital The to boot). I gotta find something better than "Beatific". Sounds too saintly........too much of that and I start sounding like a Panda (at Panda if he happens to read this). How about "Dethnagor" (Deth for short)? Of course, I should probably focus on learning and winning before I start worrying about brand image.......
How about it Ry Vor? Can we do this? Whatever I need to do to cover the service level let me know........Grats in advance to "The Sten". Game advice always welcome as you observe, errr, poorly thought out moves.......

No objections, I just like playing.

Sounds like you are trying to sell me. I am pretty open to doing what I need to do to play. Just lacking knowledge on how to do it.
On a side note, JF, are you open to some on-the-side mentoring for this if we do get this kicked off. I will try not to absorb your time and do the reading grunt work........unless of course Smoyes objects.......

LD does not need to run a Titan draft the two people can do it themselves.

Well, we've had communication via email through support.
I don't recommend this, but Beatific has acknowledged his dropping the game means he can never get in another Titan game, as I think this is way over his head and he wants to go ahead.
This isn't about the water being 10 feet deep or 100 feet deep, people, its about one tiger shark vs. six tiger sharks.
Anyway, I did all the cautioning I could, I expect the game to form tomorrow.

But Rick,
I really am not a good player.
He'll do fine.

I can think of a few players, myself included, that learned the ins and outs of the game via Titan matches, though they used to be called Epic games I think, and the teams were predetermined good vs. evil.
BL DA DE GN TR WI
vs
AN DW EL GI RA WA
You learn a lot, and you will make a lot of mistakes, but I think with the online entry program that is somewhat mitigated. The key, I think, is how evenly matched up the players are. I can't speak for that, but if they're both willing to go for it...
I would advise both sides, if they have questions, to reach out to those with a lot of success in the game. JumpingFist has already volunteered to be a sounding board; I'm sure there are others out there willing to help both Beatific and The Sten, should there be questions or potential strategies that need sounding out. You can certainly count me as one of those (kdusi13@gmail.com).
$1.25 on The Sten, for his knowledge regarding Swooping.

Those make for an interesting match. I like the southern control the evil has but the kingdoms better of the good. Also seems odd they are not all natural enemies with each other.
I give The Sten the edge as well. I do not think a new player is truly ready for how ruthless a Titan game is compared to any other version. Beatific will come out far advanced for the number of games he has played. Trial by fire for sure.

They made GI/BL natural enemies and WI/WA in that scenario. Worked out.
