is this spell even worth being available? With forums there's easy access to find any information about artifacts.

When you retrieve a Key from the wild, you are told the short name for the artifact they can be used to obtain. In one game, I stole two different Keys from my enemies so I didn't get the short names. i used 'Learn Artifact Power' to get those short names.
