Step #1 - Register for Forum Account
Step #2 - Create New Player Account
Step #3 - Sign In (to issue turn orders and join games) ATTENTION: After Creating Player Account and Signing In, select the GAME QUEUE link in the Order System screen to Create or Join games.

That's one occasion to take an artifact to the Fire of the Void, and get you some Phoenix while you're there.

That is true, but I didn't battle anything up until the time I had to drop so I only had the leadership that I began with, so no Warlord. You live and learn I guess. I'll have to do some forum searching for the best way to leader up.

If you have had bad luck with leaders as the BL on T10 when you get your ESO you can take a marshal. You can have your 1BL sitting at NN and on T11 recruit the Phoenix transfer him and join another group then do it again until you have three of them. I would recommend not getting one in each group it tends to tie you down for recruiting wyverns.
