SA- Yes its pirates cove, was his, then mine now his again
(NO) - Ok. You will be moving on the northernmost village in Torvale and then Pirate Cove. Would like to know what kinds of credits I will receive for two villages. Thanks.

(PI) For starters, I will not be looking at your region for potential things to acquire. As you can see from earlier posts, I have been trying to get two potential customers from waging war against each other (Region 1 and 10). My attentions will be drawn to strife and regions where I have no control, in your case NO I will credit the 2 villages as counting as being in region 10. If you go to war with a non customer of mine, you could expect some aid for free, but if you needed more direct involvement on specific targets that will cost you, but would be less then others would pay. Look at the DU deal I made, there is no way in hell I would take his deal for the amount he offered if I did not get population centers from him. The deal I mean is the one for a tough artifact to get. The better the relations I have with an empire, the more likely I am to take risks that might not be cost effective in my favor. Just remember, as of now I have relations with half of the regions, that means half I might start looking at. Nomads, lets say you pick a fight in a region I have no influence in, you can bet there could be a good chance your enemy emissaries, artifacts, etc. will be at risk and all you did was give up 2 villages out of your home region. My credits towards your empire begins once I start getting income and you can see half ignored me, so why would I bother harassing with your empire if you helped me with income when others did not?

(PI) In fact NO I have little influence in the Southern regions, so if you move down there, you will get aid from me once I get the two villages. Avoid catch-22's deals/nap agreements and Ill follow you all over and I really do not need control of regions.

(NO) Sounds fair enough. Enjoy the resources.

I can not speak for the Tyrant but the gnomes have have appreciated the other kingdom's forbearance to date in allowing us to settle our disagreements one on one.
At the same time we notice alliances forming and tensions rising and don't want to become a target due to having too narrow a focus.
Are there any kingdoms that would like to enter into discussions regarding NAPS or other agreements? Any such agreement would not require intervention against the Tyrant

(RA) - GN I can assure you there is nothing for you to worry about regarding the Ranger Kingdom. You have been a good neighbor and I plan to stay at peace with you. I have NAPS with several positions and can continue one with you if you feel it is necessary. As you may know , I do have a mutual defense pact with SA and if he should suffer an unprovoked attack I would be drawn into it. Are you just interested in a continuation of our previous NAP, or something stronger and more protective?
As I understand it the TY position is now at war with SA and he is no longer welcome in Arcania either.
Please tell me what you can about his groups and where they are so that I may be prepared to counter anything he may try.

The gnomes share your good will and trust. NAPS are welcome but I am open to defensive alliances as well.
The Tyrant recruits, combines, and separates his forces frequently. Next turn this info may well be obsolete. The group closest to Arcania is the 6th tyrant army with 10 brigades. I don't have its exact position. It is not at one of my pop centers. I don't suspect that it will move into Arcania this turn.
