It's actually very possible to over-fertilizer, Lord Diamond. Hopefully that's not the case. Giants gotta poop, but farmers gotta farm. And I'd hate to be the one that's emptying that latrine. ("You changed your name TO Latrine??!")

Why are they called stone giants? Are they not made of stone? (I imagine actual stone giants don't poop organic material.)

They're perpetually constipated; that's why they are called 'stone' giants. Probably doesn't help their mood, either; no wonder they are so quick to pinch villages. And think - it's about to be winter up north and their poop will be frozen solid. I guess they could make a defensive wall out of it. That would be one sh-tty siege, to take back that village.
