My turn was sent in on time (Sunday 12:30) but for some reason it was not processed.
I have requested that turn 2 be rerun with my orders.
I have forwarded the properly sent email from Sunday to Alamaze support.
Is there a policy on this kind of thing?
A combination of problems occurred with the DW orders. Partially the responsibility of the player and partially in the program.
I have decided to re-run turn 2 of the game. Primarily due to it being so early in the first games we are running and also because we don't have the web order entry system in place and there was a minor issue with the input routine.
I am going to be hard on this issue going forward. The layout of the order entry spreadsheet is important, please don't sort, cut, etc in that sheet. Work up your orders on another sheet and then type them in or paste them over the order rows. I mentioned this earlier, and will use this as reinforcement.
Future accomodations should not be expected on this point. If the program runs clean and there are errors with the spreadsheet but not in the program, there won't be a re-run.
Some kingdoms will be getting revised results, some of which are only due to messaging from the DW. If you don't get a revised results set, there was no new information for your kingdom between the original results and the re-run.
FYI - the game stores the random numbers used in the turn generation and can 'replay' those values on repeated turn processing.
If you have any questions on specific turn issues/questions, please send the particulars to Support@Alamaze.co - if it is something that the community generally would benefit from, post it on the forum as well. More than likely, issues that are going to have a bigger impact I will post, or ask the player to post if they haven't already.

What I did was paste in my account number from last turn's orders. That made no visible change to the spreadsheet but it actually separated 3 merged cells.
I did nothing else to the rest of the sheet and figured the warning about the spreadsheet applied to the order section not the identification part.
This is all it takes for your entire turn not to run.
I still would have wanted another player's orders run because it is the decisions my opponents make that make the game interesting to me.
Thanks,
Hawk

I had an error with a special order, for the 2nd time. I have notified support, but the effect of it is rather serious to my position. No reply as yet.

Thank you sir! I am not too worried, as I kind of figured the early games were to iron out bug and such anyhow
