They covered a lot of ground in the last episode.  Seems all set up for Danyeris now.  Still have Aryia and Sansa sort of at large.  Weird Bolton victory - not really anticipating that, but as Gerorge Martin says, once the butterfly flaps, it gets larger and larger. Drawn out on Cerci's humiliation, but that was in the book.
