Things are coming back quickly. My main failings early was my unfavilarity with the Forum system to communicate. In the Olden days, is was by 3x5 index card submitted in the mail in turn.

SA-NO congradulations on your region control. I have found your fishing village and would like to take control of it to control this region. Is this agreeable? Would you be Interested in a NAP?

RA - No:  Man did I mess that up!  My apologies - from your town in Arcania go south 7 and west 10.  This will put you 1 square sw of where you sent your emissary.  My error has cost you a turn's production from that town so if you want I will make it up to you but would like to do it next turn.
