Only 12-15 player games count there.

Valhalla is separated into 4 individual reports:
#1- The main Valhalla file
#2- Player Stats
#3- Kingdom Leaders
#4- Game-end Report
I believe that you are referring to items #2 and #3. Those two files are only updated with games that consist of 12-15 players. Titan, Warlord and Primeval games are considered " Special Contests" and do not impact the Player Stats nor the Kingdom Leaders reports.
When a Special Contest finishes, Lord Diamond is only posting the files that change as a result of that Special Contest. In this case, it is (#1) the Main Valhalla file (specifically pages 27-32) and (#4) the Game-end Report for that Special Contest.
Conversely, when a 12-15 player game ends (both for Steel and Magic games) all 4 files are generated and Lord Diamond uploads all of the files. The last 12-15 player game that ended was game #173 (the last week of July).
I just reviewed the threads and all of the files uploaded are currently up-to-date with the most recent information.
I hope that this helped,

I was actually hoping there would be a column for number of wizards and/or total wizard level of all wizards combined for each kingdom

It isn't in the report the system generates for, but maybe it will be something in the 3rd Cycle Valhalla.
